Taking the right medication, in the correct dosage and on time, is an important part of your overall healthcare management. SeniorSelect offers medication reminders at various levels to assist you with your medications. Medication reminders can cover a wide range of services, from setup of medications for self or family administration, to assisted self-administration, to actual administration of the medication.
Our Medication Program includes:
- Weekly setup by a skilled nurse
- Monitoring of medication compliance
- Medication reminders while our caregivers are in the home
- Prescription refills: call in refills and pick-up
- Coordination with physician and pharmacist
