We invest the time and energy in performing extensive interviews, reference checks, state and national criminal history checks, and misconduct registry checks to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of dedicated caregivers.
- Monetary Security - No money ever exchanges hands with the caregiver directly or while he or she is in the home, no exceptions.
- Employee Injury Benefit Plan - Our employees are covered by SeniorSelect's Employee Injury Benefit Plan. We are insured and bonded, and we assume all of the risk of a caregiver injury in the home.
3. Receive specialized care with our disease-management programs.
If you or your loved one is experiencing the effects of certain diseases or illnesses, SeniorSelect offers a selection disease management programs to help offset some of those effects. Specializations include diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, heart disease and more. The programs are designed to address the specific needs caused by each of the unique illnesses and diseases. 4. Receive a free assessment before beginning service.
A clinical professional visits you in your home to perform an initial assessment at no charge. This gives you the chance to discuss your service needs and allows us to develop an individualized plan of care that’s tailored to your requests and needs.
5. Get comfortable with your designated caregivers.
Our clients will be assigned a consistent group of designated caregivers, ensuring continuity of care. You will not have to constantly review your routine with a someone new, and this also provides for relationship-building opportunities.
6. Take comfort in our quality-assurance checks.
We want to be sure that you receive excellent service and attention from your caregiver. SeniorSelect will make the effort to call you occasionally to check up on your satisfaction with our services, and to correct any issues or grievances. Supervisory visits performed by clinical professionals ensure that client care is safe, timely, and of the highest quality.
7. Know that we will never miss a visit.
Independently-contracted caregivers may often be unavailable due to personal situations. Likewise, understaffed agencies sometimes run into employee coverage shortages.
SeniorSelect has a substantial staff of qualified caregivers ready and available, should an emergency arise and your designated caregiver be unavailable for a day’s service. We will be ready with a backup caregiver so you will never have to miss a visit.
8. Reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
Most independent caregivers and many agencies accept immediate cash/check payment only. SeniorSelect will bill the client after services are rendered. This allows our clients to use other payment sources with limited out-of-pocket expense. (These benefits may include health insurance, long term care insurance, veteran’s benefits, and others.)
9. Be covered by 24/7 staffing.
Convenience and after-hours availability set SeniorSelect apart from many other agencies and independent caregivers. Caregivers are available from 1 to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are also available for on-call services. All calls are returned within 20 minutes after hours and on weekends.
